| 内容記述 | (1) The distribution of glycogen in various developmental stages of Raillietina cesticillus onchosphere was investigated by the acid-Schiff reaction method. (2) The localization of glycogen was found in the outermost thin membrane of onchosphere just after beginning of growth and the positive glycogen reaction of thin membrane was observed until the onchosphere grew up to the plerocercoid form. (3) In young cysticercoid in the process of investigation, glycogen was found in the mesenchymatous tissue which drew a larval scolex into the outer cyst and in the muscular layer oJ the suckers located at the larval scolex. (4) In fully developed cysticercoid, the distribution of glycogen was found to be as follows: i) glycogen is present in the basal membrane directly under the outermost cuticular membrane of the outer cyst and in that which follows the larval scolex invaginated in the outer cyst : ii) a strong positive glycogen reaction is observed in the muscular layer of stickers and around them. | |||||||||
