| 内容記述 | 1. The purpose of the study Urbanization of the metropolitan suburb has recently been very remarkable in Japan. In Kinki District also, metropol and its suburb have developed uncommonly from about 1960, so it is the time to reconstruct them now. For this purpose the special act ―Kinkiken-Seibi-Ho (Kinki Area Complement Act) was enforced, and basing on this act the basic readjustment plan was made for. At this moment, the writer intends to examine the ecology and various problems about the regional towns that are influenced directly or indirectly by metropol. 2. The method of the study In this study, the writer investigated the recent agricultural land diversion and urbanizaton in Nara City. (1) Comparing the results of the agricultural investigation in 1962 with that of 1966, the writer examined the transition of land utilization―from rural to urban. (2) Reling upon the Minute Book of Nara Municipal Agricultural Committee, the writer compared the status of agricultural land diversion in each year from 1956 to 1967 and tried to find the tendency of urbanization by each district. 3. The results of the study (1) Area of the cultivated land of Nara City is 331,044a in 1966, and it is 12% decrease compared with 1962. (Tab.1) Inspecting by four parts, the southern part―plain part―is 17% decrease, the northern & the western are both 13% decrease and the eastern is 7% decrease; all the parts are decreasing. Comparing professional and non, all the parts are increasing the ratio of non-professional cultivated lands, especially the western parts (Tomio, Fushimi & Heijo) are from profefessional 20% non 80% to professional 11% non 89%, and this part is most remarkable in transition. (2) Transition of agricultural land diversion about each district from 1956 to 1967 is indicated in Tab.2, and the latter half ―from I960 to 1967― is shown in Fig.1. In 1963 it comes to the peak (605,600㎡), and in 1967 also shows the area (565,400㎡) nearly equal to that of 1963. Especially in western parts ―Fushimi & Tomio― agricultural land diversion, that is, urbanization is so remarkable that the writer examined it in detail, and the result is pointed out in Tab.3 and 4. Fig.2 shows the ratio of agricultural land diversion about each district according to the purpose of land utilization in 1967. | |||||||
