| 内容記述 | The present paper represents an attempt to clarify the relationship between sports group and its member's attitude. Subjects used in this study were about 780 male and female athletes of about 15 to 20 various sports groups of 10 universities in the Kinki district and about 400 boy and girl athletes of 14 various sports groups of 10 senior high school in Hyogo and Nara prefectures. The investigation was carried out for three years from 1963 to 1965. The four attitude tests (general, democratic, authoritarian and conservatism-radicalism attitude) and the investigation of the group structure and function as well as interviw were conducted for every group every yesr. Main findings were as follows: (1) The structure of sports group could be divided into three patterns: membership pattern, oligarchy pattern, and non-membership pattern. (2) The stronger their comradeship, the more similarity in the attitude of group membeirs. (3) The attitude formed by each individual was strongly influenced by the role and status in the sports group. (4) The attitude of the person who has power of determing the norm of the sports group greatly effects the structure of the group and the attitude of its members. (5) High correlation between the structual pattern of norm and member's attitude are found in this study. | |||||||
