| 内容記述 | This report treates of the question of the classification and the constitutions, powers and procedures of administrative tridunals, which reference makes mention of the administrative and judicial powers of the Administration in Britain. The essential purports of the report are as follows; Introduction. 1. Conceptual classification and functional distinctions of the administrative action in Britain 1) Summarization of the conceptual classification 2) Summarizzations of the functional distinctions; (1) function of internal management, (2) ministerial act, (3) adjudications on matters of law and fact (4) adjudications on matters of law and fact and the application of standard, (5) domestic bodies, trade and vocational tribunals subject to a measure of government control, (6) regulatory functions of administrative law in Britain, (7) decision of pure policy, (8) summary power, (9) inquiries and investigations 2. The constitutions, powers and procedures of administrative tribunals in Britain 1) Ministerial acts and administrative tribunals 2) Tribunals determining issues of law and fact, or tribunals applying standard; (A) the rule of natunal justice: (a) bias, (b) audi alteram partem (B) an examination of some of tribunals: (1) tribunals in the National Insurance and National Assistance, (2) The Pension Appeal Tribunal, (3) The Lands. and the Rent Tribnals 3) Summary of tribunals of regulation, domes tic, and so forth Postscript. | |||||||
