| 内容記述 | In order to manage sports group effectively, it is most important to grasp the exact state of morale in the sports group. Thus, some method or other by which we can evaluate the morale is keenly needed. Our present study represents an attempt to construct a survery to evaluate sports group morale through the Likert technique. The subjects were 378 university and high school athletic club members in Kinki area. The 20 items selected on the basis of pre-tests were administered to them in June and July, 1966. The final scale was constructed through the Likert technique. Main findings were as follows : (1) Item analysis revealed that none of the 20 items was inadequate. (2) Internal-consistency reliability proved to be rxx=.88, thus showing the high reliability of the survey. | |||||||
