| 内容記述 | In this paper we are going to make clearer how the relative individualities of the corporations of school management should be guaranteed as the foundations of the school customary law from the standpoint of business management and science of administration, and what extent to which their methodology should be applied concerning the above. Its outline is as follows : I Investigations of theories concerning the relative individualities of the corporation of school management. 1 The affirmative theory about the individualities of the corporation of school management. 2 The negative theory about the individualities of the corporation of school management. 3 The intermediate theory about it. II Detailed analysis from the standpoint of the business management. III Theories in the science of administrative law and the science of educational law, and their detailed analysis I The theory of "offentliche Anstalt" and the theory of "offentliche Unternehmung." 1 Reexamination about the theory of "offentliche Anstalt der Schule." 2 Detailed examination about the character of "offentliche Unternehmung der Schule." IV Some supplementary theories and summary: Compound relations between the corporative organization of educational administration and that of school management, each of which has its own independent function. | |||||||
