| 内容記述 | 1. There are included two kinds of combination of K+ in the mucilaginous substances of Dioscorea batatas DECNE. fo. tsukune MAKINO. 2. The liberation of K+ from the mucilage is suppressed in the presence of Na+ and little affected by anions. 3. The composition of the mucilaginous substance obtained by ethyl alcohol is C: 37.20, H: 6.02, N: 2.80 and K: 5.75% and, in addition, it contains minerals such as S, P, Ca, Mg and Na. 4. There was identified glucosamine, of which the content was the richest in the mucilage obtained by ethyl alcohol. Similar tendency was observed with the content oJ uronic acid. 5. The anthocyan included belongs to Delphinedin type. | |||||||
