| 内容記述 | The objectof this work is an attempt to find out the machined surface layer, in which residual stress, were changed from the base metal, had been produced to a certain depth below the surface. The depths of surface layers varied depending on the types and conditions of machining operations. The surface layer produced by fine surface finishing method such as satain finishing was from 1μ to 10μ in depth. The result of this experiment for the residual stress on satain finishing is shown in Figs. 9-12. | |||||||
