| 内容記述 | 中学校技術・家庭科の金属加工教材に付加的加工を施し、より興味深く、教育効果のあるものとするために、ショットピーニング加工の適用の可能性を検討した。鋼球を自由落下させ、アルミニウム合金板に衝突させて表面を粗くする条件を実験で調査した。その結果、中学生の体格および安全性も考慮して、直径2mmの鋼球を1mの高さから1回あたり1kgで4回投射することで、十分に加工できることが明らかになり、金属加工教材に応用することが十分可能であることが明らかになった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Teaching materials for Metal Working can be more attractive and educational by an additional work. So, possibility of shot peening technology is estimated as an application for teaching materials. By falling steel balls freely on aluminum alloy sheet, the conditions (diameter of balls, amout of balls, height of fall, etc) to make surface mat and to make pattern or design on the surface are examined, considering safety and height of juniour high school students. As result, the best conditions are obtained as follows. 1 ) Diameter of steel shot is 2mm. 2) Weight of shots is 1 kg per one fall. 3) Number of fall is four. 4) Height of fall is 1 m. It became clear that shot peening can be applied to teaching materials. | |||||||
