| 内容記述 | In Australia, support teachers for students with learning difficulties (STLD) are employed in many schools. This paper reviews the trend on the practice of STLD from 1980 to present and also describes the role of STLD. Scince the early 1980's, STLD have been making their effort in regular classrooms rather than in the resource roomes. Their role are to help students with learning difficulties using effective and specific skills, and to consult with regular classroom teachers in solving the problems relating to learning difficulties in regular classes. Currentley, one issue of the support system for LD students is to organize a more systematic approach which involves STLD. Regarding this issue, the concept of Teacher Supporting Team and a possible Model are proposed to a department of education in Australia. | |||||||
