| 内容記述 | Visualization of elementary process in semiconductor has been tryed in order to teach semiconductor in college education. The computer simulation based on the particle model has been utilized, where motion of electrons and holes under scattering by phonons (both optical and acoustic) and recombination is traced. The formation process of the depletion layer in a PN junction diode has been simulated and graphically displayed on a microcomputer display. | |||||||
