| 内容記述 | There are two kinds of evaluating microteaching (MT). One is that of MT only in the course of training and the other is in relation with classroom lessons. We adopted the latter and did research on how to use it systematically in the teacher training course in our college. For that purpose, evaluation scale must be simple enough to find out the effect as soon as possible. Evaluation items are different from subject to subject. In addition to statistical treatment, it is necessary to evaluate MT by using what student-teachers themselves reflected upon. As practical methods, the number of student teachers allotted to one classroom must be reduced from 6-7 at present to 4-5 and their independent training system of MT must be reinforced in a group. This method has a tendency to attach importance to subject matters without paying attention to teaching skills. Therefore, it is desired that a special course for training teacher's skills should be established to make up for its deficiency. | |||||||
