| 内容記述 | There are four features in Shimoichi CATV as compared with many other CATV in various places. 1. Areas of hard watching TV are nearly resolved in Shimoichi-cho. So the next step is as follows. 2. Correction of educational differences in quality in the town or between town and city. 3. Being in full activity of self-government by residents including educational and cultural activities. 4. Establishment of whole two-way communication system in town. These are important problems for residents to participate in by various methods and to solve. | |||||||||
