| 内容記述 | 21 samples of claystone, siltstone and humic clay collected from the Sakishima bed at Isobe-cho, Mie prefecture and the Atsumi formation in the Atsumi Peninsula, Aichi prefecture were studied. In 3 samples from the Sakishima bed, the pollen diagrams resemble one another to some extent, and characterized by the dominance of Pinus, Fagus and Sapium. In 18 samples from the Atsumi formation, 4 types of pollen diagrams are recognized: (1) Pinus is dominant, but Fagus is very scare (Akabane and Wakami), (2) both Pinus and Fagus are predominate, (Isshiki and Shiroshita), (3) Pinus is very scarce, but Fagus and Carpinus are dominat (Higashihamada), (4) Pinus is also very scarce, but Fagus and Abies-Picea are very dominant. These four types somewhat correspond to stratigraphic subdivision and climatic changes of the formation. | |||||||

| 内容記述 | 伊勢湾周辺から東海地方に亘って、段丘および低い丘陵を構成する洪積層が広く分布しており、これらの地形・地質・古生物等についてはすでに多くの研究があるが、なおいろいろ解決されていない問題も残されている。花粉分析も１・２の断片的な報告をみるが層序学的に研究されていない。筆者は東海地方の第四系の花粉分析を行っているが広汎なので、ここにその予報として先志摩と渥美半島の洪積層についてしらべた結果を報告する。 | |||||||
