| 内容記述 | The glycoprotein is a kind of conjugated proteins and is subdivided into mucin, mucoid and chondroprotein. The true mucin yield extraordinary glutinous or mucilaginons solutions rom which the mucin is precipitated by acetic acid. The present paper reports preliminary studies on the mucin of Loach, Misgumus anquillicandatus. Our observations clearly demonstrated that the protein in the mucin of Loach consists of the amino acids; cystine, glutamic acid, serine, glycin, lysin, valine, phenylalanine and the amino sugar of glucosamine. Further studies of the sugars in the mucin are being investigated. | |||||||||
