| 内容記述 | In this study, a problem of the disaster-prevention-management at the prefectural special support schools in a designation welfare shelter by a commune is considered. We investigated about the current status of disaster-prevention-management to the commune, prefectural special support schools, and teaching staff members who are working at the special support schools. Though the commune should be responsible for the operation in the welfare shelter, the operation preparations of goods, materials and support human resources by the commune is not enough. In the current state, special support school is not easy to establish and manage as the welfare shelter, and the commune has to hurry reparations. On the other hand, the special support school has prepared to make school children safety at the time of a disaster, such as an emergency drill and storage of eating and drinking. But the evacuation site and the shelter besides the teaching staff member and the school children is not prepared. And also, the teaching staff members’ consciousness for the disaster-prevention is not high. It is necessary for the prefectural special support schools to prepare for the disasters by discussions in the prefecture and the commune. It is needed to improve the self-management power for disasterprevention of all teaching staff members. And also, it is necessary to reconsider the way of the disasterprevention-management in which all teaching staff members are involved. |
