The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of index in physical fitness in elementary school students with a past medical history of bronchial asthma (PHA). 28 students in 5th grade and 22 students in 6th grade with PHA (Asthma group) and 115 healthy students in 5th grade and 104 healthy students in 6th grade (Non-asthma group) were volunteered to participate in this study. The subjects performed the 8 tests of the physical fitness test. There was not significant difference in all index between the groups. It was considered necessary to evaluate the condition of the pulmonary function before and after the index of physical fitness test. |
