| 内容記述 | This study aims to investigate the community studies laboratory established by the Normal School in Japan. Furthermore, the study examines community research activities using the collected materials by Nara Normal School. The collected materials are the survey data on folk songs, proverbs, water supply facilities, drug sales, etc. The results highlight the following five points regarding the significance of community research activities and community education during the 1930s. ①Students learn the history of the acquisition of drinking water. ②Students learn how to respond to water outages. ③Community education during the 1930s formed the foundation of introduction of research activities in school education. ④Community education during the 1930s contributed to the educational content. ⑤Community research for students fostered good residents. | |||||||||
